  • Lumix Camera

I bought a Lumix camera for my daughter for xmas. After about 6 weeks the touch screen on the camera started to peel away from the body of the camera. We returned it to Panasonic who refused to warranty the product claiming it had been damaged. There was no damage prior to shipping and the camera had barely been used. I will contact BBB and sue Panasonic in small claims court to hhonor their warranty and cause them as much of a headache and hassle as I can. I will never buy another Panasonic product as long as I live and will promote as much negative PR as I can possibly inflict. More...

  • lack of customer service

I have a DVR at the McAllen repair facility. My repair case number is 29186548. It has had no action for 3 weeks other than being received. I have tried to call repeatedly. They won't answer.I have left voice messages. They don't call back. I have tried to email. I was told to call the repair facility. I have been a loyal customer of Panasonic products until now. I don't think I will ever buy Panasonic again! More...

  • Don't Buy Panasonic Products

I purchased a panasonic DVR several years ago. It had a history of locking up when trying to do a timed recording. On Panasonic's web site, I found a supposed software patch. When I tried to install the fix the DVR locked up. It kept flashing "update" on the screen. After trying their customer service repeatedly, I gave up and sent it to them for repair. They exchanged my unit with another and returned it. The new unit had problems with the tuner section being very erratic. Some channels would just stop working. When I turned the unit off and restarted they would sometimes... More...

  • MODEL TC-P50X1 review

As a Panasonic customer for many years, through my own family and my husbands, we decided to purchase a 50 inch, 720p, plasma Viera TV because of the quality we knew. It was a steal! The price was incredible, and looking at comparisons, the quality of the "lesser" 720p to the 1080i was impressive. We bring the tv home, all of our friends and family were impressed with the size and quality of the tv. We were extremely happy, that was until our NEW tv COMPLETELY shut off and started to blink 7 red blinks after having the tv for only 9 MONTHS. Apparently, straight from the repair... More...

  • Lumix camera warranty

I sent my Lumix camera (DMCFS15) to McAllen for repair. I included everything and wrote a description of the problem and my physical shipping address on the enclosed form. I now receive a letter asking for my physical shipping address and the letter is addressed to someone with a similar last name - but no my last name. I assume the letter was really meant for me since the rest of my mailing address was correct. I have now tried several times to call the McAllen office at the number listed to give my physical address and I constantly get the recording that "no one is available to... More...

I sent my Lumix camera for warranty repair. I included the required information. I now get a letter addressed to someone who has a last name similar to mine asking for the required information. I called the number listed several times and always get "no one is available to take your call." I call the general Panasonic 800 support line and it is totally automated with no option that helps with my problem. Why would they give out a telephone number and then have no one to answer it????? • Panasonic customer complaint

I tried to get support for my Panasonic dp-190 printer/scanner/fax. After being put in a queue and then speaking with another intermediary person (dispatch), I knew I was in trouble. They took an hour to get back to me to tell me they don't give support for the all-in-ones AT ALL! WHAT WHAT?! And they gave me a "local rep" number to call to attempt to fix the simple network issue I was experiences with the fax on my working machine! Oh, and that person was nice enough to leave his cell number on his voicemail, but he is traveling at the moment, so God knows how long it... More...

  • terrible customer support

I tried to order a DMC-TS1G digital camera directly from the order was placed on 30 May and the website said it would ship in 3-5 days. On the 13th of June it still hadn't shipped, so we called. After talking with customer service they said they didn't know why it hadn't shipped yet and a manager would call me back within 24 hours. As they promised a manager called on the 14th and promised the item would ship by the 15th. My bank, whom we'd contacted since the charge had gone through several days before, was told the same thing. Come the 22nd the... More...

  • Micro Wave Super Steamer Food Warmer

Good Evening: I am looking to introduce an idea - to complement the microwave oven. People still have certain reservations about using microwave ovens because of radiation. The waves penetrate the food directly and it is believed(unsubstantiated)that all kinds of molecular changes (toxins)could take place in the food causing it to be unfit for consumption. What I am proposing is the introduction of a "microwave super steam warmer". This appliance would use microwave to heat water which would be converted to steam and fed to the warming chamber. The amount of water to be... More...
